This is a meaningful way to honor or recognize loved ones, living or deceased, and to perpetuate the name of an individual, family, business or organization for many years to come.

Community support is critical in bringing open heart to Gwinnett County. Gwinnett Medical Center depends on philanthropic support to fund this new program as well as the facility needs for open heart services.
